**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a Part time Business Service Administrator to join the Corporate Services team in Adelaide. You will play a critical role in assisting our team, covering administrative tasks, project coordination, and team management. You will have the opportunity to involve in:
**Team Support**: Onboarding new members, greeting visitors and clients to the office, coordinating forums and presentations, and maintaining organizational charts and distribution lists, travel, expenses, presentations, and events coordination

**Timesheets Administration**: Troubleshooting, driving weekly completion, running finance reports, clearing errors, and making necessary adjustments.

**Expenses Management**: Completing expense claims, acting as the Connect Business Expense Champion, and checking expenses against guidelines.

**CV Administration**: Assisting new starters with CV creation, tracking updates, proofreading, formatting, and maintaining staff CV records.
