We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Wellsite Representatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations, promoting a healthy work environment, and minimising environmental impact. We are seeking four Wellsite Representatives to work across multiple locations in the Surat and Bowen Basin on a 15/13 roster. These are permanent positions with FIFO/DIDO options available. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and respected. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Safety Leadership**: As the assigned Site Safety Manager for Origin wellsite and well assets, you'll lead by example, promoting our HSE culture and driving safety performance through visible leadership and active implementation of our D&C Safety Improvement plans - **Operational Oversight**: Ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of Asset Services operations, strictly adhering to safety standards and meeting all well acceptance criteria - **Team Collaboration**: Participate in WSR learning groups, troubleshoot operational problems, and develop solution options in collaboration with the field lead, superintendents and rig engineers - **Continuous Improvement**: Identify, implement, and share operational improvement initiatives and learnings with the team - **Incident Response**: Engage in HSE incident and near-miss investigations as required, contributing to our commitment to continuous safety enhancement **Qualifications and Experience**: - A technical or engineering degree or extensive rig-only experience - Mandatory Certificate IV in OHS - Significant hands-on experience and expertise in drilling, completion, well intervention, fracture stimulation, or rigless activities - Proven capability in mentoring and developing peers in HSE and operational excellence - Experience with coal bed methane and involvement in large-scale, multi-well, "manufacturing-style" oil or gas field development - IWCF rig operations level 4 control Certification **Is This You?**: We are looking for individuals who demonstrate exceptional safety leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
