**Your new role**
The Operations Support Team Leader is responsible for managing the centre operations and any operational functions allocated to the position. The Operations Support Team Leader provides support in areas of human resource, I.T and building issues, and coordination of recruitment administration while working within a quality improvement framework.

**Your duties include
- Facilitate On boarding & cessation of staff
- Technical lead for I.T. support & building issues
- Back up to SSO Team Leader for Queue Management
- Management of invoice portfolio and associated compliance, including escalation point for Clinical Practice Officer and communication with agencies.
- Assist with coordination of recruitment administrative tasks.
- Assist with Credit Card Coding & stationary orders
- Ensuring National Registers are compliant and up to date.
- Administration assistance to Assistant Directors
- Coordination of Daily Update and other all staff communication
- Coordination of WFH kit issuing and set up

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Communicate in an effective way
- Research and make sound decisions using appropriate judgement
- Analyse and evaluate customer needs, requesting support as appropriate
- Understand and make connections with community, government and other services
- Have the ability to prioritise work load and multi-task
- Collaborate with other staff in immediate work area, across a virtual team and with other areas of the department. Support and train others, undertake ongoing training
- Work in and adapt to a changing environment
- Demonstrate a high level of relevant computer literacy skills

**What you'll get in return**
