Our comprehensive two-year program provides a structured and supportive transition from graduate to confident practitioner:

- **Year 1**: Explore Your Potential: Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings. Discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
- **Year 2**: Focus Your Expertise: Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career. You’ll also have the opportunity to expand your qualifications through supported, reduced-fee Post Graduate Midwifery study.

**Eligibility**
- Have completed or are on track to complete your Bachelor degree.
- Be eligible for AHPRA registration as a Midwife by October 2025.
- Hold valid Australian work rights.
