Nursing and Midwifery Graduate Development Program

This is a graduate-level nursing and midwifery program designed to support recent graduates in enhancing their theoretical and clinical competencies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and responsive patient care, prioritizing the needs of individuals and families.
- Develop and expand skills, knowledge, and impact within the scope of midwifery practice, driving innovation and excellence.
- Nurture collaborative relationships and contribute to a positive team environment, promoting mutual respect and understanding.
- Active registration as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A valid Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
- Proof of current COVID-19 vaccination, influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
- A comprehensive two-page Curriculum vitae highlighting relevant experience and clinical rotations.
- Certified copies of academic transcripts to date, including any 'key to results' documentation.
- Two recent and certified acute summative clinical appraisals.
