We’re looking for values-driven **Support Coordinators/Psychosocial recovery coach** to join our growing team. If you know how to cut through the noise, keep clients at the centre, and get results without the fluff, you’ll fit right in.

**About the Role**
You’ll work alongside participants to navigate the NDIS, coordinate supports, and build capacity across all areas of life. This is not an entry-level role—we’re after professionals who can work independently, handle complexity, and follow through.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong working knowledge of the NDIS
- Confident with systems, deadlines, and billable hour targets
- Clear, direct communicator
- Compassionate but not co-dependent
- Able to manage a caseload without micromanagement

**Mental health experience is a strong advantage**, especially if you’ve worked in psychosocial recovery or dual-diagnosis contexts.

Pay: $34.00 - $51.97 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
