Receptionist/administration

We are looking for a receptionist to join our team at Eden massage and relaxation centre.

Your role will include:
Making bookings

answering phones

customer service

website maintenance (updates etc)

Roster maintenance

cleaning tasks:
washing

keeping bathroom facilities clean

basic vacuuming, mopping

wiping surfaces

Spa balancing

About you:

- Available to work : Thursday 10am-6pm, Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-5pm (weekend days and Thursdays open, 2 shifts weekly as per contract. Thursdays must be consistently open)
- Confident
- some experience with point of sale systems
- eager to learn
- ability to act professionally in a work environment at all times
- compassionate
- passionate about maintaining hygiene standards
- flexible availability

This job is for someone who enjoys an ever-changing environment. No two days are ever the same and you will struggle to get bored. As the receptionist you are working independently on the shift. You will know what tasks are to be completed by close and it is up to you to do it. You won't have someone standing over your shoulder and telling you. This is an amazing opportunity for those who thrive from taking initiative and self-organisation. Ideal for a person with good leadership skills.
