Our Government Agency client is looking for an Application Design Lead to come on board to ensure project timelines are met and development standards are a very high quality focussing on Microsoft and PowerApps.

**You will be responsible for**
- Assessing Application Design and implementing development best practice
- Coordinating with PMs, Lead BA and Solution Architects and manage.NET resources
- Overseeing a number of development projects
- Meeting with clients and advising on best approach to development projects
- Training and coaching junior developers

**You will have**
- Strong experience working as an Application Design Lead
- Strong experience having come from a Microsoft background (PowerApps is an advantage)
- Ability to operate and thrive under pressure
- Ability to drive and deliver development projects to a tight deadline
- Ability to communicate with the business in layman's speak
- Strong passion for Development and delivering quality code
