Support Worker

**In Home Care - High Care Experience + MND Experience - Female Support Worker Needed**(participants choice)

We require a female, (participants choice) support worker. With high care experience such as PEG, hoist transfers with previous MND experience. The participant lives alone but has family who often visits. You must have experience in High Care.

**Shifts Availability**:
Morning

Evening

Active nights

While it is not expected you fulfill all of these shifts, there may be some shifts that would suit your requirements for employment. In addition, it may be something where if you were to pick up certain shifts to begin with, then you may pick up more as time goes on.

✔ Providing **personal care** with warmth and dignity
✔ Showing **initiative** and being highly **interactive & personable**
✔ Creating a **positive and engaging** experience for our client

✔ **Providing care & companionship** - Supporting clients with their daily activities
✔ **Personal Care & Medication Assistance** - Helping with hygiene, mobility & prompting medications, Peg Feeding + Catheter Care
✔ **Meal Prep & Cooking** - Making mealtimes enjoyable and nutritious
✔ **Domestic Assistance** - Helping with light housekeeping, laundry & maintaining a comfortable home
✔ **Community Access & Social Support** - Encouraging clients to stay active and engaged

**Who We’re Looking For**:
Experience in the **health sector** is great, but if you’re passionate about caring for others, we still want to hear from you

**NDIS** Worker Screening Check
**Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support** (preferred but not essential)
**Driver’s Licence & insured, reliable vehicle**

Great **communication skills** and a **customer-focused** approach
Ability to work **independently** and manage time effectively
