**Australian Luxury Fashion Brand - Sydney**

Now Hiring | Our client is an Australian luxury fashion house that has experienced unprecedented growth on a global scale. We are now searching for a Buyer to join the wider team. Reporting to the head of buying you will work across seasonal collections for the swim and resort product categories.

**Day to day will see you**:

- In consultation with Design, range building across all categories in line with the global retail plan
- Researching international market and trends to remain competitive and identify areas of opportunity and demand by market including analysis and reporting on market, pricing, and margin strategies
- Reviewing and aligning of product strategy in consideration of business performance, company strategy and global market analysis
- OTB management for Swim & Resort collections across international retail profile, collaboration with retail Planning team on OTB and stock management, store allocations and replenishment
- Weekly forecasting to recommend reorders based on business needs, trends, stock and OTB management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across international retail network and supporting Production teams with efficient critical path management and seasonal phasing requirements
- Presenting Swim & Resort collections to key stakeholders in seasonal sign off process
- International and Domestic store visits to build relationships and maintain regular communication
- Perform end of season collection analysis to assist forward range building

**To set you up for success we are looking for**:

- Experience within a larger retail organisation, ideally luxury and international with a store profile of 50+ stores
- Strong luxury market, product and trend knowledge
- Experience in working directly with a design team
- Ability to confidently present to and direct design teams accordingly
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously
