Telecommunications Technician

CCTS has been servicing the Northern Sydney, Central Coast and Hunter Regions since 1989 from our Central Coast based office. Our business is currently experiencing a growth phase and we are now seeking an experienced Telecommunications Technician to join our team.

Duties
- Installation of structured data cabling
- Installation of communications racks
- Installation of CCTV and Access Control systems
- Fibre optic splicing
- Testing and Commissioning
- Use of hand, power tools and other task related equipment as required
- General ad hoc site related duties as requested

Essential Criteria
- 5 years minimum industry experience
- Structured cabling experience
- Optical fibre splicing experience
- Valid Open ACMA Cabling licence with endorsements
- White Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space & EWP tickets
- The ability to obtain a national police clearance or working with children
- Valid NSW C class drivers licence
- The ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Current Australian residency

Desirable Criteria
- Electrical cabling experience
- Access Control, Alarm or CCTV experience
- Phone system installation or programming experience
- Basic IT networking experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
