Position Summary:
The Organisation and Method Analyst is a full time role and will support and work together with the Production team to develop procedures and methods to improve the manufacturing processes and maximise production performance. We need someone to help raise our standards, review current methodology and processes amongst different departments, and determine KPIs aiming at cost-effectiveness. The position will be responsible for assisting in the development, establishment and implementation of purchasing, storage and distribution strategies, policies and plans. In addition, this role will require development of processes and documents to ensure stock and maintenance are monitored in the most efficient method.

Position Responsibilities:

- Perform reports and analysis as required to support business needs;
- Undertake data analytics, using understanding of operational drivers and experience in process optimization, to provide expert advice whilst considering the current (and future) operations;
- Establish internal dashboards to track and report performance;
- Reviewing and developing policies and manuals, as well as creating request procedures, aiming for a better controlled and monitored requests for all departments; and
- Gathering data to analysing KPIs in order to propose enhancements that will improve the effectiveness of procedures by gaining production speed and lowering variable costs.

Required qualifications:

- Relevant Bachelor degree or higher qualification;
- Proven experience in a similar role: 4 years (preferred);
- Proven experience in manufacturing and logistics;
- Proven experience building executive reports using various data visualization tools;
- Proven experience with CIN7 (Inventory Management System);
- Knowledge of work methods, studies, analysis procedures and practices;
- Knowledge of quality control procedures;
- Knowledge of procurement procedures;
- Knowledge of departmental policies;
- Knowledge of the cosmetic industry;
- Strong analytical abilities, and great eye to detail;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively, orally and in writing.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships required by work assignments;
- Ability to prepare and present technical briefs and reports;
- Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
