The role will have a focus on deceased estates and transfers, but you will be exposed to all facets of the back/middle office functions.

**Responsibilities for the role include**:
**Sponsorship**
- Off markets
- 005 shares In and Out
- 245’s In and Out
- Invoices and Letters
- Issuer to CHESS Conversions
- Minor to adult transfers
- Change of Trustee

**Deceased Estates**
- Opening of Sole survivor accounts and Sale Estates
- Checking paperwork received is in order and ASIC /ASX compliant.
- Invoices and Letters
- Journaling funds to cover payments
- Bankruptcy Estates

**To be considered for this opportunity you will**:

- Finance degree qualified or 12 months back office broking experience
- Professional approach and good communication skills
- Ability to meet daily deadlines.
- Adapt at learning processes quickly.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external people by listening and asking questions.
- Is proactive and enthusiastic maintains composure under pressure.
