**The Opportunity**:
We currently have a permanent part-time opportunity for a Hospital Pharmacy Technician to join our Slade Pharmacy team onsite at St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, Fitzroy. This position is ideal for anyone wanting to pick up some extra work on Saturdays, whilst gaining invaluable experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. This is a permanent part-time position working each Saturday from 8:00am to 3:00pm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Dispense medication for hospital patients
- Assist with administration tasks
- Serve customers and discharge patients and assist them with any queries and OTC medication needs
- Deliver Imprest and patient medication to the wards
- Order and maintain medications required for the dispensary

Slade Pharmacy integrates hospital, community and compounding pharmacy services to the oncology sector and private hospitals across Australia. We are a proud part of Icon Group.

- Essential Requirements:_
- Previous experience dispensing medication in an Australian-based community or hospital pharmacy.
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
- Availability to work every Saturday.
