After The Bell Aus is seeking **Qualified Child Care Co-ordinators** who is an energetic, dedicated, and passionate Educator who enjoys caring for children in a School-Aged setting at our **Drouin Primary School **Before School, After School an Vacation care Outside School Hours Care Program, as well as our **Warragual Primary School **Vacation Care program.

**Co-ordinator's/ 2IC Position-**
- Part-time - permanent position for a Co-ordinator/2IC role (up to 20 hours per week and more hours during school holiday periods).
- Attractive Salary
- up to $38 per hour (super inclusive) (dependent on industry experience and qualification, part-time rate).

**The Role-**
- Ability to provide an environment that is engaging, secure, hygienic, and safe for children aged 5 to 12 years.
- An understanding of providing a program that is inclusive to all diverse needs of children.
- Have an understanding and experience in managing children with different behavioral needs and the ability to build relationships with children to support their particular needs.
- Willing to understand and follow Child Care Government Framework requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with families, school staff, and colleagues to build strong relationships across the school community.
- Create a welcoming environment and a positive team workplace.

**Essential Criteria-**
- Diploma in Children's Services or Teaching Degree or Sport or Allied Health or Outside School Hours Care or equivalent or currently studying in an approved course.
- Previous experience working and caring for children is desirable.
- Resides in the Gippsland Region and can travel to work each shift.
- First Aid Training Level HLTA0012 or willing to obtain before commencement.
- Protection Training or willing to obtain before commencement
- A current Working With Children Check (E status).

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $31.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
