Birches ELC, a family-owned early learning centre focused on excellence, is seeking enthusiastic educators to join our growing team. We believe in nurturing young minds in a warm and stimulating environment, and we're looking for individuals who share our passion for the early years.

**Who you are**:

- A qualified early childhood educator (Certificate 3 or Diploma) with experience in a long day care or similar setting.
- Dedicated to implementing the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework in a playful and engaging way.
- Equipped with current First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
- Possess a valid Working with Children's Check.
