**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
The Manager - Global Identity and Access Management is an integral part of our global security team and plays a critical part in BlueScope’s purpose: To create and inspire smart solutions in steel, to strengthen our communities for the future.
You will set, executive and monitor global IDAM strategies and initiatives, whilst working closely with the businesses to evolve their IDAM maturity. The role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.
**What you will do**
You will contribute to BlueScope’s IDAM function to ensure cyber risks are effectively and proactively managed within agreed risk tolerances in compliance with appropriate frameworks, policies, standards and best practices.
- Ensure services develop and improve, in line with investment roadmap and global strategy
- Provide leadership in the Cyber function, setting standards in practices and improving value.
- Contribute to roadmap and strategy development and product selection
- Manage third party relationships with service providers, against agreed SLAs
- Deployment of privileged access management capability
**What are we looking for?**
We’re expecting you to be a highly collaborative and influential communicator, who can build trust and meaningful relationships across the organisation. You will demonstrate a forward-thinking approach, with the ability to develop, manage and continually improve IDAM processes and capabilities to protect BlueScope’s global security environment.
We’re seeking a professional with demonstrated experience in a combination of enterprise IDAM, security governance and infrastructure knowledge.
You will have a proven track record in IT and Operational Technology service delivery frameworks, methodologies and processes.
You’ll work in a fast moving and challenging but rewarding environment that values diversity, encourages innovation and commitment to making a difference.
Location is Wollongong, Sydney or Melbourne.
