**Description**:
We are currently recruiting for Heavy Duty Fitters to join the Mobile Maintenance team on a 2/2 roster at our Woodie Manganese Operation, situated 407kms south - east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful applicant will be required to:

- Live the ConsMin Values - Lead by example everyday through actions, behaviours and decisions - Including compliance with ConsMin safety procedures, safe working practices and life-saving rules
- Conduct maintenance activities to the mining and support vehicle fleet, consisting predominantly of Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment
- Conduct workshop maintenance and maintain high housekeeping standards in work areas
- Diagnose and repair machines/equipment in both a workshop and field environment
- Diagnose and repair electrical systems when required

**Skills and experience required to be successful in this role**:

- Heavy Duty Plant Mechanic Trade Certificate
- Ability to understand and interpret OEM manuals and hydraulic/pneumatic
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Product knowledge of Caterpillar and Komatsu equipment
- Strong commitment to following health, safety and environment policies and procedures
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Air Conditioning Ticket advantageous
- National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
- Current C class drivers license essential.
