**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on heavy-duty mobile equipment.
- Perform scheduled servicing and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct repairs and component replacements as required, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure efficient operations and minimize equipment downtime.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide reports when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a recognized trade qualification as an HD Fitter or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HD Fitter in the mining or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and expertise in diagnosing and repairing heavy mobile equipment.
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals.
- Familiarity with a range of heavy equipment brands and models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- Physical fitness to perform duties in a challenging mine site environment.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
