Water Practice Leader, Queensland

We are looking for a strong Leader with a Growth mindset and a passion for People Leadership to lead our Water Practice in Queensland.

Reporting through to our Land and Water Service Group Leader, you will lead the Aurecon experience for our Water team by ensuring a bright future of work that is interesting and challenging to our team, profitable for Aurecon and beneficial to the clients and communities we operate in. You will lead a team of initially 50+ people in the practice, to provide exceptional client experience with a view to growing our services and footprint across all the markets serviced by Aurecon.

This role will be located in Brisbane, Queensland.

For this Practice Leader role, here are the key things you will do:

- Lead our people and develop capability
- Lead and govern the delivery of the project portfolio
- Support the SGL to secure revenue opportunities and grow market share
- Maintain and leverage a strong client network and existing client relationships
- Lead the execution of Aurecon’s Corporate Strategy, “The Blueprint”
