**The role**
The Digital Planning Associate Director will drive the holistic planning approach across all digital media channels in order to balance the client’s twin goals of ROI driving performance and unlocking growth via innovation. They will be responsible for delivering the highest standard of campaign approach leveraging the best of our global platform partners (Google and Facebook) as well as the strategic introduction of new partner platforms and creative ideas.

**Experience & Skills**
- A skilled communications planner with a background in digital planning preferred
- A person who thrives on innovation and thinks creatively in answering of problems, unafraid to positively provoke
- An excellent presenter, well-practiced in creating and tailoring content and tone for stakeholders ranging from internal junior team members to client C-suit
- A deep knowledge and well versed in Google and Facebook platforms with 3+ years experience
- A strong operational mindset and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
- A thorough understanding of the digital ecosystem and able to craft rationale as well as storytell recommendations
- A passion for delivering the best possible outcomes for our team and our client
- A solutions mindset, able to think critically and able to consider and respond at pace
- An ability to work effectively with a wide set of stakeholders with excellent communication skills
- Experience of bringing the best out in the people around them
