Our company is a leading Australian manufacturer of screen and digital printed labels, badges, nameplates and branding products with over 50 years’ experience. We have a **full time,** position available for a hands-on production operator to work in our Anodizing and Engineering departments.

As an Anodizing and sheet metal operator, you will be responsible ensuring that all machines are used safely and effectively to ensure LNI operations are effective and efficient, and product output is of a high standard.

Your core responsibilities will be to focus on operating different machines across parts of the business, ensuring all SOP’s and job cards are followed, confirming documentation is updated accurately and role modelling the behavior's that create a high performing, engaged culture.

**Anodizing is the process of coating an oxide layer over a metal**. Usually, aluminum is selected as the metal, and the oxide coating will be aluminum oxide. Anodizing is done to make the metal resistant to further corrosion.

Key areas of responsibility:

- Machine Operations, Anodizing and sheet metal work, operating Servo presses and guillotines
- Process Compliance
- Documentation
- Safety
- Meet quality expectations

Experience in Anodizing or Sheet metal work is preferred however LNI is open to unskilled applicants that have mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
