Order Picker, Packer for Fruit and Vegetables

GMN/Vegie Prepi is a family-owned Australian Business. We are a wholesale supplier to the hospitality industry. Over the past decades, we have built our business on a reputation of excellent service, mutual trust, and reliability.
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customers' needs means continuously growing. As a result, we are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, customer service-focused, and hard-working person to join our Rocklea-based team for 4 days per week.
We have the position of Order Picker and Packer, and then to cover holidays or busy periods, you may be required to do multi-Drop delivery driving. Mature aged people are encouraged to supply if they are fit and healthy with no back issues.
Midnight starts most nights and finishes when the job is completed, usually, 8 am, but flexibility is required as finishing time depends on the orders for the day.
Ideally, you have held a similar role previously. The position is fast-paced, and time is of the essence for our customers to receive their orders on time. You must be neat in appearance and have excellent customer service. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
The successful applicant must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and show job stability. We are looking for a team player that loves working with other people. It would help if you were a reliable and stable team member.
You must have a current open driver's license and would prefer a forklift ticket; however not essential, but I would want you to get one in the new future.
As we deliver to aged care facilities and hospitals, it is a requirement for them to have a flu vaccination each year and also you must be double vaccinated.
