We're Currently Hiring For:

Morning Pickers: 2:00am to 10:00am, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays with penalty rates)
Afternoon Pickers: Midday starts, Sunday to Thursday
Delivery Drivers: 4:00am starts, Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays with penalty rates)

Got a forklift licence? That's a huge plus for the morning shift crew

PICKERS & PACKERS – What You'll Be Doing:

  • Picking and packing fresh produce from cool rooms using pick lists

  • Making sure every order is accurate, top-quality, and packed with care

  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

  • Working fast and staying sharp - this is a hands-on, high-energy role

DRIVERS – What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering orders across Brisbane and surrounds in a timely, professional manner

  • Loading and unloading produce safely – this is physical work

  • Keeping your vehicle clean, your paperwork accurate, and your customers happy

  • Representing SGS on the road, behind the wheel, you're connecting the harvest to the hospitality

What We're Looking For:

  • Physically fit and ready to move – whether it's boxes or kilometres

  • A current manual driver's licence (for driver roles – MR licence as a minimum)

  • Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

  • Great attention to detail, quality is everything here

  • A team player who can also get stuck in and work independently
