**Join Our National Contact Centre Team at I-MED Radiology** **Role**: Contact Centre Representative **Location**: Mount Waverley, VIC **Rate**: $29.85/hour + Super **Hours**: Full-Time, 38 hours per week, Mon-Fri **Operating Hours**: 8am - 7pm AEST / 8am - 8pm AEDT **Start Date**: Monday, 10th November 2025 **About the Role** This role is based in our Mount Waverley Contact Centre Office. Hybrid/work-from-home options are available based on performance after 3 months' tenure. Ready to make a difference? Become the first point of contact for patients and referrers at I-MED Radiology in our National Contact Centre. Help guide our customers through their healthcare journey with care, compassion, and support. If you thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment, handling from anywhere up to 80 calls per day, where you'll need to stay focused, think on your feet and deliver excellent service, this is the role for you **Recruitment Process** - **Vervoe Assessment -**Along with assessing your previous experience, our recruitment process includes an online skills assessment from Vervoe.
