**IT Technician**

Lasar Computers is Mandurah’s oldest IT provider servicing the Peel areas and beyond. We are looking for an experienced IT technician to join our team.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support from our office to Peel and Perth based customers. As part of a small team, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and have an opportunity to be involved in a wide range of projects. Salary is dependent on experience.

**Duties include**:

- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
- Supporting local and external networks and network hardware.
- Documenting all support requests within a ticketing system.
- Installing and configuring desktop computer hardware and software, systems and printers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
- Previous MSP experience considered to be a serious advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate exposure to relevant ICT technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of customer service experience.
- A current drivers’ licence.
- Experience of working with Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
