Le Bon Mélange Gungahlin (S J CAFE) is seeking to hire a full-time experienced Cafe Manager, located in Gungahlin, ACT

About the Company:
Le Bon Melange has grown organically since its inception in 2017 and our team needs to expand again. We have dedicated ourselves to high-quality production and pride ourselves on making unique breakfast, lunch menu, desserts, cakes and pastries, using quality ingredients. We have excellent customer support from our local communities.

About the role:
Skills required:

- Oversee the daily operations of the café.
- Ensuring high standards in service, food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
- Manage staff roster and maintain wages according to sales.
- Train new staff, ongoing coaching and skill development among existing team members.
- Build a positive and supportive team environment.
- Build a positive and productive relationship with all customers, and team members.
- Maintain correct inventory levels and make order supplies as required.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
