**Job Title: Café Manager**

**Location: Lagom, Shop 26/ 30 Hibberson Street, Gungahlin**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Overview**: Lagom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to lead our team and manage the day-to-day operations of our café. As the face of Lagom, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while overseeing the entire café’s functionality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth running and high standards of service.
- Manage and schedule staff, including front-of-house and kitchen teams.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, such as promotions and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared to our high standards and manage any menu changes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, and manage the café’s budget.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in café or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Experience as barista.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and health regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for the café industry and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Salary**: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Cafe Manager: 1 year (required)
