Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, the Gifts in Wills Manager is responsible for the development and execution of Austin Health’s Gifts in Wills fundraising strategy.

**This position is made for **a highly organised and skilled fundraiser who is passionate about working with donors to support transformational projects in healthcare.

**This position is** perfect for a ‘people’ person - building genuine and long-lasting relationships is key to success. The role is responsible for growing the program, and for nurturing new and existing relationships, implementing stewardship plans, and managing estates administration. An understanding of the importance of a donor database is also essential.
