**Description**:
**We are looking for**:

- Grader/ Loader / Dozer Operators with Experience in Road Maintenance. Commitment to a 3:1 Roster - working hours are 10.5 hrs per day for 6 days with 7 hr half day as the 7th Day (Half Day RDO each week)
- Fly in and out of Paraburdoo on Monday Mornings with Client supplied Qantas Flights
- Accommodation in Paraburdoo at Rocklea Palms then Moving to Construction Camp in April

**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in this role you will possess**:

- Must have experience in Road Maintenance.
- Experience operating relevant machinery.
- Must have a HR Drivers Licence as a minimum.
- Relevant FIFO experience in the Civil/Mining Industry
- White Card/Blue Card
- Be reliable and committed to the job
- A front of mind focus on safety and experience in maintaining safe operations
- A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships
- Ad hoc general site works as required.
- The ability to adapt and prioritise work.
- Fire Extinguisher Training (desirable)
- 4WD Certificate (desirable)
- RTIO Inducted (desirable)
