Our client, a leading civil construction company with Tier 1 projects across Australia, is currently seeking experienced and motivated Loader (CAT 980), Grader (CAT 140M), and HR Water Cart Operators for their projects based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.

The Role:

- Loader - CAT 980 Loaders, bulk earthmoving loading moxy dump trucks and also rehabilitation.
- Grader - CAT 140M grader, maintenance grading of access and haul roads for BHP mine site.
- Water Cart - Heavy Rigid water cart, dust suppression and following road work construction teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Loaders, Graders and Water Carts in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-start checks on all equipment and report any faults or issues
- Complete assigned tasks within set timeframes and to the required standards
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols on site
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous experience operating CAT 980 Loaders, CAT 140M Graders and HR Water Carts in a civil construction environment
- Valid Australian HR Driver's License and relevant plant operating tickets (RII)
- BHP and FMG inductions (preferred)
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Physically fit and able to work in a remote and challenging environment
- Current National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one
