OUMI Care is looking for some Disability Support Workers to join our team.

OUMI Care is a dedicated NDIS service provider. Our mission is to provide impactful care with our participants as our central point we utilize our Guiding Stars: Empowerment, Collaboration, Innovation, Cultural and Compassionate Care to ensure we uphold our mission.

We are seeking compassionate, responsible and experienced Female Disability Support Workers to provide dedicated care and support to our participants.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Disability Support Certificate is mandatory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver personalised support to our participants.
- Collaborate with the OUMI Care team to provide the highest quality of care.
- Empower individuals on their journey towards improved well-being and fulfillment of their goals and dreams.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III/IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support
- Yellow Card/NDIS Workers Clearance
- Australian National Police Check
- Blue Card/Working with Children Clearance
- First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Australian Driver's License with Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Be willing to travel to these suburbs Karalee, Moggill, Karana Downs and suburbs around this area.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- Travel reimbursement

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

- First Aid and CPR Certification (required)
