We’re looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to join our leadership team. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, drive revenue, and uphold high standards of guest service. As Front Office Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, drive revenue optimization, and uphold exceptional service standards. If you’re passionate about fostering a positive team culture and delivering operational excellence, we want you to join us in this dynamic and rewarding role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional, guest-focused service and smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to meet financial targets, including KPIs around RPS, NPS, Loyalty, and upselling.
- Train, support, and motivate team members, while managing rostering and promoting a culture of hospitality.
- Participate in the Assistant Manager rotation, regularly filling Duty Manager shifts to ensure seamless operations.
- Optimize guest check-in/check-out processes and room allocation, ensuring brand standards are met.
- Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasts, and monthly reports to drive operational success.
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of leadership experience in Front Office or a similar role.
- Strong background in customer service leadership with a focus on team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Experience with forecasting and proficiency in Opera Cloud is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage rosters and control costs to meet budgets and targets.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve high performance.
- Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
