Dukes Coffee Roasters is a Melbourne based, ACO and USDA Organic certified specialty coffee company, actively effecting change with our partners at origin to create a clean and truly sustainable specialty coffee industry.

Dukes is currently seeking a energetic, positive, and passionate hospitality professional to join the management team at our Flinders Lane flagship store. This is a full-time role that involves all aspects of managing a team as well as customer experience, while maintaining the overall high standard of friendly, informative and personal service embodied by the Dukes brand.
Dukes on Flinders Lane is a dynamic, fast paced and meticulously detailed environment. Our close-knit team is committed to providing an exceptional experience to our customers in every interaction with us, while representing Dukes and our partners at origin with pride.
