**Your new role**

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and driven** Executive Assistant **to join our team based in** North Sydney**.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will provide professional and confidential executive level support to the CEO and select Executive Leadership Team members (Chief Financial Officer, GM - Human Resources, and General Counsel).

This is a key position with a focus on ensuring strong working partnerships with your stakeholders. As a skilled and proactive professional, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the end-to-end diary of the executives to ensure their time is efficiently and effectively allocated
- Preparing and circulating company-wide communications including presentations for briefings, monthly updates, and important announcements
- Acting as a point of contact for internal/external customers and supporting the effective resolution of requests and inquiries
- Managing travel (flights, accommodation, and transit) arrangements and associated logistics including documentation for overseas travel
- Supporting Board related activities including coordinating, collating, and distributing board packs, arranging travel for Directors, and venue and catering arrangements for meetings and events
- Proactively seeking ways to reduce costs in all office-related expenses and contributing to the office aesthetics and functionality that impacts workplace culture
- Leading the event management of company-wide events, conferences, and social activities

There will also be the opportunity to mentor, coach and support the wider admin team to network and develop their capabilities.

**About you**

A driven, organised and conscientious self-starter, you will have a strong level of professional pride in your work. Able to juggle multiple tasks in a calm and timely manner, you will also have:

- Proven experience (5-10 years) as a C-Suite EA, preferably from within an ASX listed business
- High level of professionalism and judgement with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Relentless focus on servicing the customers and teams you support
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to influence and drive favourable outcomes
- Solution focussed thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ approach to taking on tasks and seeing them through to successful completion
- Sense of urgency to resolving conflicting priorities and ability to handle matters expeditiously
