A Job Coaches day looks like:

- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
- Placing clients into sustainable long-term employment by actively reverse marketing to potential employers and referring clients to Jobs Board vacancies.
- Gain a good understanding of the local labour market needs
- Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment;

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment like hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or similar
- Strong interpersonal skills & the ability to build rapport effectively
- Current police clearance no greater than 6 months old (or ability to obtain).
