Ensuring all reactive and planned maintenance works are completed to scope and BCA's

**Your new role**
As the Maintenance Inspection officer, you will be required to ensure all planned and reactive maintenance works including minor capex works are completed to scope, BCA's and legislative requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will ideally be trade qualified in carpentry, building or equivalent, have an eye for detail, strong communication skills and previous defect rectification experience.

**What you'll get in return**
This will initially be a 3 month role with a view to extention based in Sydneys Western Suburbs
