**The Job**:
We’re currently on the hunt for a Group Sales Manager to lead our mighty Val Morgan Cinema Team. The GSM will play a key leadership role, mentoring and motivating the team on how to service clients to build revenue. You will utilise your strategic and creative mind to put together innovative media solutions from initial concept to completion for our clients. You will be expected to:

- Develop, maintain and grow revenue-generating relationships with clients
- Identifying opportunities to optimise revenue by proposing saleable solutions
- Close deals to achieve both personal and team revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead and mentor junior team members
- Negotiating and closing deals in line with business strategy
- Immersing yourself in the industry by attending networking events

**Who are we looking for?**

It goes without saying you’ll be a top performer and natural leader You are a highly tenacious and focused individual with a hunger to get things done. We’re also looking for:

- 4+ years in Media Sales and the ability to leverage existing contacts
- This role would suit an experienced account manager looking to progress
- Results driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven success in formulating & developing sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Demonstrate a can-do approach and innovative thinking to grow business
- Ability to influence and educate junior team members
