The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional and people leader to join the high performing Sydney Agency Sales team as one of our Group Sales Managers. You will oversee an established portfolio of media agencies and large national advertisers seeking strategic and innovative multi-stream audio solutions that deliver exceptional results. You will also be a proven people-leader who can drive a high-performance culture with your direct reports.

All of Audio Sales offers the opportunity to drive portfolio growth across the fastest growing digital sector – Digital Audio – through live streaming and Nova Podcasts products. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate a high-performance mindset, prior media sales experience and relationships, disciplined sales behaviours, a passion and tenacity for driving outcomes, and the ability to develop and manage a team.

What you will be doing
  • Leading and driving a high-performance culture that enables your team to meet and exceed revenue targets and performance measures
  • Ensuring business outcomes for stakeholders are executed and delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Balancing your time between developing your people and supporting broader business needs
  • Leading the creation of strategic and innovative audio solutions for an established agency portfolio
  • Developing and selling cross-platform, All of Audio integrated solutions and creating new business opportunities across live and on-demand audio
  • Maintaining strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
  • Being resilient, adaptable to change, and driven to succeed in a results-oriented environment

  • This is a full-time, on-site role located in our Sydney studios, with flexible work options considered where appropriate
