**In this role, you'll**:
You will work closely with the Sydney Trains, Intercity Services branch, playing a key role in positively shaping workplace culture, enhancing the employee experience and championing fair and effective case management.

You will understand and interpret employment legislation to ensure compliance and mitigate risks to Transport for NSW and employees. This role will also see you managing and creating insightful reports for the business.

The role works in a collaborative way across the organisation to collate, support the Senior business Partners with in the team as well as the opportunity to partner with the business

**About you**

You’re a HR professional with similar experience in a large established organisation managing a portfolio with an operational workforce.

You will have advanced MS office suit skills and be able to confidently use and produce high level report utlising MS Office and HRIS systems

You will have well developed written and verbal communications and you will also be able to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
