With 800 stores across 13 different countries and counting. With 17 years of experience blending up the Boost vibes in WA, our **Cockburn Gateways** partners are looking for a passionate and motivated **Store Business Manager** to continue leading one of there high performing stores.

As our Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the store - leading an energetic team, delighting customers, and driving business success. You'll report directly to the franchise partners and be trusted to make real decisions and see your ideas come to life.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and inspire your team of Boosties with energy and positivity
- Recruit, train, and roster your crew
- Drive customer experience and create an unforgettable in-store vibe
- Implement marketing campaigns to grow sales and loyalty
- Manage inventory, control costs, and hit financial targets
- Maintain operational standards and compliance
- Coach and develop future leaders within your team

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
