**About the role**
The Employment Coach role, working within the Service Delivery team has responsibility for the engagement and support
of our supported team members. In particular the Employment Coach role provides:

- Closer supervision of supported team members who require frequent prompting and reminders to stay on

task.
- Support for supported team members who may have behaviour/s that requires closer supervision.
- Assistance to supported team members to learn new skills and tasks.

**Position responsibilities**
The Employment Coach will provide direct support for supported team members and assist them to achieve their
goals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Providing support to supported team members in line with their supported employment.
- Reporting any progress or concerns to Service Delivery team for accurate recording.
- Ensuring work health and safety guidelines are adhered to.
- Working within the guidelines of NDIS and escalating relevant information to appropriate manager.
- Engaging with supported team members and other staff in a consistent and professional manner.
- Complying with all relevant legislation and codes of conduct.
- Working with colleagues in a supportive and cooperative manner.
- Maintaining clear professional boundaries with supported team members.
- Advocacy and support to all supported team members engaged in supported employment.

**Additional requirements**
- Current drivers’ licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Clearance
