**THE OPPORTUNITY**

DECJUBA are looking for a passionate** **and driven individual to join our Customer Experience team in the role of** E-Commerce Coordinator **on a** 12-month fixed term contract.**

Reporting into the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day onsite trading and merchandising management. This role is a key support in driving online business growth and enhancing the DECJUBA online customer experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily review of product pages, ensuring cross sell and merchandising drive conversion.
- Ensure product content is up to date. Review new products / imagery & product descriptions.
- Ensure product is released in line with our stock drops.
- Work with wider CX teams to support monthly campaign roll out.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to customer experience, including new e-commerce features and site enhancements.
- Continual improvement / adjustment to site experience based on customer data, click-tracking and heat mapping tools.
- Analyse the website daily and weekly through google reporting and sales data. Provide agile, in trade recommendations to improve clicks & conversion.
- Analyse and assess the performance of products, categories, site traffic and conversion rates, to determine strategic insights and outcomes.
- Provide market insights into trends, industry best practise & competitor performance.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred - Marketing or Communications degree.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to create an engaging, energetic team environment by building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organisational skills. You are excellent with prioritisation.
- Experience working with Shopify and AP21 (preferred but not essential)
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Confident and experienced using Google Analytics.
