Mecca Bah at Gasworks is looking for an experienced enthusiastic and passionate Supervisor to join our team.

What we are looking for:

- Solid Restaurant Supervising experience
- Passion for customer service
- Professionally work with the Management team.
- Experience coordinating a busy restaurant service and suprvising a team
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and with a sense of urgency
- Self motivated, highly organised & well presented
- Exceptional communication skills

The role includes but not limited to:

- Supervising and reporting of all aspects of front of house operations
- Hands on daily operations to ensure that all staff are delivering excellent service and customers leave happy
- Staff recommending and coaching
- Opening and closing of restaurant
- Experience with rostering and wages control
- Ordering and monitoring stock levels of all non-food items
- Ensuring facilities comply with health regulations and are kept clean at all times
