An exciting opportunity has arisen for holiday casuals who are interested in working at Australia Zoo We are looking for Food and Beverage Attendants, Cleaners, Car Park Marshalls and Customer Service Attendants.

Experience in the industry is not essential, but a willingness to learn is

**Duties include -**
- **Food and Beverage duties**: food preparation in the kitchen, serving customers on the tills, cleaning tables, maintaining cleanliness of area, barista duties, customer service
- **Cleaning duties**:maintain cleanliness of designated area including bathrooms and outdoor areas, bins and rubbish collection, customer service
- **Car Park Marshall/Obstacle Course duties**:assist with traffic control management within the Zoo car parks, customer service at the obstacle course
- **Guest Experience & Admissions duties**: greeting guests, cash handling, point of sale processing, crowd control, assisting with photography and tours, customer service
- **Retail duties**: serving customers, cash handling, point of sale processing, restocking of shelves and stocktake, customer service
- **Shuttles duties**: providing excellent customer service to our guests, assisting at concierge
- **Education duties**: assisting with our Zoo Keeper for a Day Program
- **Warrior Restaurant Duties**: Greeting guests, taking orders, delivery of food and beverage, assisting with kitchen cleanliness back of house

**Essential Criteria -**
- Strong availability including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to provide total guest satisfaction ensuring that interactions with our guests are positive and memorable

**Preferred Criteria -**
- Queensland RSA
- Drivers Licence
- Education history
- Employment history
- References
- Any qualifications you may have e.g. First Aid
- Any achievements you may like to tell us about
- Your availability (what hours can you work)
