**About the Role**
You will be supporting an elderly participant by providing high-quality personal care and assistance with daily living activities. This role requires compassion, reliability, and a strong commitment to maintaining the participant’s comfort and well-being.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Proven experience providing personal care and support to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, professionalism, and a person-centered approach to care
- Both male and female staff are encouraged to apply

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 20/10/2025
