Squad Coach

We are looking for a friendly, genuine, energetic and experienced coach to join our coaching team. This is a permanent part-time opportunity that provides flexible hours within an organisation that values the development of great people and leadership.

**The role**

In this role you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following duties:

- Collaborative team coaching
- Program and facilitate squad sessions for all levels from Development to Performance and Adults
- Create memorable experiences and build relationships with our customers
- Attend designated swim meets and support Mingara Aquatics Swim Club
- Coach, motivate and encourage swimmers of all ages.

**To succeed in this role**
- Experience coaching State and/or National level swimmers
- Minimum Development Swim Coach Licence
- SCTA Membership
- Current First Aid, CPR and Working with Children Check.

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Advanced Swim Coach Licence
- Learn to Swim Qualification
- Lifeguard Qualification
