**Mechanical Design Draftsman**

Are you an experienced Mechanical Draftsman that is looking for your newest challenge? We are looking for a specialist individual to join a local OEM that produces mobile equipment for the mining industry.
- 6 to 12 months contract possibly longer pending performance
- Work with a local OEM renowned for its innovation and quality in the heavy industry sector
- Autodesk Inventor and Vault is essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed mechanical drawings and designs using Autodesk Inventor and Vault
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and draftsmen to ensure accurate and high-quality outputs
- Work closely with the workshop to detail designs and ensure manufacturability
- Modify and update existing designs to meet project specifications
- Ensure all drafts meet industry standards and project requirements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a designer within the heavy industry
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and Vault
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience working in collaboration with engineering teams and workshops
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for an immediate start
