BGIS is seeking a **Handyperson**_,_** to complete planned and reactive commercial maintenance requests for our key contract.

Due to the security clearance required for this role, you must be an **Australian Citizen.**

This role is based in** Western Sydney.**

**The Role**
- Contribute to the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site
- Complete Paintwork across our sites (desirable experience)
- Repair counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building frameworks, and trims
- Maintaining of decks, skirting, door locks and hanging of doors
- Complete daily Inspections and report writing
- General maintenance work

**Skills & Experience**
- Painter (desirable)
- Building Qualification and WHS Construction White Card
- Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizenship
- Strong knowledge of the building industry and experience in quoting
- Comfortable ability to utilise a work laptop/phone
