**What will you do?**:
As the National Creative Manager the primary role will be leading and managing the team of creative professionals in the internal creative studio to align all creative execution to the Brand visual identity, direction and campaign brief objectives. Setting and upholding a high standard of creative execution that remains consistent to style guides at all times. Leading the development of outstanding creative excellence for Target as briefed by the marketing communications and brand teams.

**Leadership**

Demonstrates behaviours that are aligned with Target values, developing high performing teams, recognising & rewarding high performance, managing underperforming team members, effective recruitment and selection. Leads with commitment and passion and works in a collaborative, respectful and open way. Engages team 1:1 and in group environments for development. Manages resources across team to meet deadlines.

**Photography & Video**

Drives all photography and video standards.Influences effective presentation of product
Supports in execution of most impactful presentation of product for campaign assets through photography, copy and production brief

**Campaign direction & management**

Oversees and supports art direction of all campaign collateral, adhering to style guides and brand identity.
Facilitates and supports in collaboration with marketing and merchandise teams to produce all campaign collateral to a high standard

**Concept development & briefing**

Oversees and supports in concept development of campaign elements across all touchpoints.
Attends all campaign briefs

**What are we looking for?**:

- 7 - 10 years industry experience in an agency, studio or retail brand creative environment in a senior Art Director or entry level Creative Director role.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines, both internal and external
- Experience in self managed timelines, where juggling multiple timelines & adaptability are key
- Experience in managing and mentoring team members with less experience
